General Ordering & Production
Do you provide a proof for custom business checks?
Many new custom check and deposit product orders require a digital proof before production. When a proof is required, carefully review the business information, check layout, MICR information, numbering and other custom details before approval. Production begins after the required proof has been approved.
How do I reorder from a previous purchase?
Sign in to your Choice Checks account and review your previous order information. When placing a reorder, verify that the business name, bank information, account details and other imprint information are still correct. If check numbering should continue from your previous order, enter the appropriate next starting check number.
Can you print my business logo on checks?
Many custom check and deposit products allow logo printing. When logo upload is available, you can submit your artwork directly from the product page. A clear, high-resolution PNG or JPG file is recommended.
Are Choice Checks products compatible with accounting software?
Choice Checks offers products designed for QuickBooks®, Sage® and other common accounting applications. Compatibility depends on the specific product and layout, so review the product description and check position before ordering. If you are unsure which format you need, contact us before placing your order.
Can I request a product sample?
Samples may be available for selected paper checks, envelopes and related products. Contact Choice Checks if you need to verify paper stock, security features or alignment before placing a larger order.
What happens if Choice Checks makes a printing error?
If an order is produced incorrectly because of a printing or production error, contact Choice Checks promptly so the issue can be reviewed and corrected. Customer-approved custom information is not considered a production error.
Business Checks
What types of business checks do you sell?
Choice Checks offers blank business checks, imprinted checks, QuickBooks-compatible checks, manual business checks, high-security check styles and pressure seal checks.
What is the difference between top, middle and bottom checks?
Top, middle and bottom refer to the position of the check on the sheet. Your accounting software and existing check format determine which position you need. Always compare the new product with the format you currently use.
What is the difference between blank and imprinted checks?
Blank checks are supplied without your business and banking information printed on them. Imprinted checks are customized using the information supplied with your order, such as business name, bank information, routing number, account number and check numbering.
What do Good, Better and Best security levels mean?
These levels help distinguish the security features available across different check products. Higher-security products may include additional security patterns, specialty backgrounds, warning features or holographic elements. See the individual product page for the exact security features included.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Processing time depends on the product. Stock products generally ship faster than customized products. Custom products may require proof approval and additional production time before shipment. Tracking information is provided when available after the order ships.
Where will my order ship from?
Orders may ship directly from a production facility or designated distribution location depending on the product and manufacturer.
Do you offer free shipping?
Selected products include free shipping. Products that qualify are identified with a Free Shipping badge or corresponding shipping information on the product page.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact Choice Checks as soon as possible if a shipping address needs to be changed. Address changes may be possible before production or shipment, but once an order has entered the carrier network, additional restrictions or carrier fees may apply.
Ordering & Payment Security
What payment methods are accepted?
Choice Checks uses PayPal for secure online payment processing. Available payment and funding methods are presented by PayPal during checkout.
Do I need a PayPal account to order?
PayPal determines the payment methods available to each customer during checkout. If guest or card payment options are available for your transaction, PayPal will display them during the payment process.
What verification may be required for business check orders?
To help protect businesses against check fraud, verification may be required for first-time or customized check orders. Depending on the product, this may include supporting banking information such as a voided check or other documentation used to verify the MICR and account information supplied with the order.
Can I order by phone or fax?
Ordering online at ChoiceChecks.com is the fastest way to submit product options, custom information and payment. If you need assistance with an order or reorder, contact Choice Checks at 478-910-1011 or fax information to 866-347-0782.
Returns & Order Issues
What is your return policy?
Unimprinted standard stock may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Customized and imprinted products generally cannot be returned when they were produced using customer-approved information unless a production or printing error occurred. Contact Choice Checks before returning merchandise.
How do I report a damaged shipment?
Inspect your shipment when it arrives. If the package or merchandise has been damaged during transit, contact Choice Checks as soon as possible at sales@choicechecks.com or 478-910-1011. Photos of the shipping carton and damaged merchandise may be helpful when resolving a carrier claim.
