Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy outlines how Choice Checks processes, ships, and delivers business checks, deposit slips, envelopes, and accounting supplies.
Order Processing Times
- Packaged Goods: Ship within 24–48 hours
- Imprinted Products: Ship in 3–5 business days
- Pre-Inserted Envelopes: Ship in approximately 5 business days
Orders are processed during normal business hours (Monday–Friday). Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product customization, and verification requirements.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship using major carriers such as UPS and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery and tracking with a required signature.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
We will email you when your order has been shipped along with your tracking number. You may also receive updates when your order is out for delivery and when it has been delivered.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Any shipping or transit times provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
We encourage customers to place orders in advance to avoid delays due to shipping carriers, product availability, or order verification.
Required Signature
All imprinted orders—including business checks, deposit tickets, and related products—may require a signature upon delivery.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx typically deliver during your business hours. This requirement helps protect against fraud and theft.
Shipping Address & Delivery Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct and that someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
Stolen Packages
Choice Checks is not liable for stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. This includes deliveries to offices, warehouses, residential addresses, or any other location.
If a package is stolen after delivery, a replacement order will need to be placed.
Order Review & Verification
Because we sell financial documents such as business checks, orders may be reviewed for security and fraud prevention. This may include verification of billing details, shipping address, email address, and other order information.
Shipping Delays
Choice Checks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
