How do you place orders with Choice Checks? With all of our business checks/deposit products, please place all orders on line. 

Does Choice Checks offer Free Samples? Yes. We offer free samples on most of our paper products. Look at the bottom of the paper product and you'll see FREE SAMPLE. Create your account, and look around, add it to the shopping cart, check out and you'll get an order number. We'll update the order when shipped.

Do you provide a proof for the business checks? Yes. All new orders will receive a proof before processing, to make sure your order is 100% accurate. After you approve the proof, then we’ll begin processing your order, and will ship in 3-5 business days via UPS. 

How do I re-order from a previous order? After 4-10-24, you’ll log into your account, find the previous order, and select re-order. We will always use the next starting check number for the new order. We do not provide proof for re-orders, as it makes the order process quicker and no changes are needed, except the next starting check number. Same thing applies to non-check/deposit ticket products.

What do I do if I have a new checking account number and need to order? Choice Checks will process it as a new checking account under your business name, and send you a proof for accuracy, and after approval, then we’ll process and ship it. 

When will I receive my order? As of 4-10-24, imprinted orders are shipped in 3-5 business days from approval. If its a repeat order, it will ship in 3-5 business days. All other in stock products, like blank business checks, will ship in 24 business hours. 

What Shipping carrier does Choice Checks Use? As of 4-10-24, Choice Checks will be using UPS. All business checks, deposit tickets will have a required signature for security purposes and protects you from someone stealing your information. 

Can I have you to imprint my color logo? Yes. You can upload your color business logo on the product page and we’ll show you a proof before its processed. This applies to our deposit tickets as well. Usually its a charge, but we are able to offer it FREE. We use CMYK for easy digital printing. (Please do not send a logo in an PDF format)

Is Choice Checks compatible with my software? When placing an order, we ask what accounting software you are using, plus we use your voided check to make sure its compatible, plus we email you a proof for accuracy. 

Can I print a PDF proof to check with my check printing software? Yes you can, BUT, since its not an actual piece of paper, the margins will be ½” on the margins. So. NO….that part will not be accurate, but when you receive the checks, it will be perfect. 

What happens if I receive my order and it's wrong? We will look into it and see why. Choice Checks will reprint the order free of charge. We try to prevent any mistakes by always providing a proof for accuracy.

What happens if I mail a check for payment and it is returned? We welcome your check payment and will process the order when the payment clears the bank. If the check is returned for any reason. We will contact you, and there will be a fee (varies per state laws) for the returned check. We will collect for the NSF plus any additional fees that we receive from the returned check. We will work with you to resolve the matter in a professional way. If its not resolved in a timely manner. Choice Checks will send it to collections. 

What types of payment methods do Choice Checks Accept? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, or you can mail us a check for payment. 

Does Choice Checks allow separate billing and shipping addresses? Yes, we do allow different shipping addresses, and we do verify orders before processing.
