Shipping Timeline
Most orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days. Printed items may require additional processing time. In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays. Potential shipping delays may result from complex or specialty imprinted orders, adverse weather conditions, or warehouse processing delays.
Required Signature Confirmation
All orders containing imprinted items, such as checks and deposit tickets, will require a signature upon delivery. UPS only delivers during the standard business hours of your establishment. Signature confirmation is implemented to safeguard both our company and our clients against fraudulent orders and theft.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Choice Checks is not liable for packages that are stolen from your office, porch, warehouse, or any other delivery location. A tracking number is provided for every order, and it is the recipient's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. This policy applies to all shipped items, including imprinted products, in the event of theft.

Shipping & Tracking Updates
We will email you when your order has been shipped, including your tracking number. You may also receive updates when your order is out for delivery and when it has been delivered.
Shipping Timeframes
- Packaged Goods: Ship within 24–48 hours
- Imprinted Products: Ship in 3–5 business days
- Pre-Inserted Envelopes: Ship in approximately 5 business days
Please note: We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Any shipping or transit times provided are estimates. We encourage ordering in advance to avoid delays due to shipping carriers or product availability.

This requirement helps protect both your business and Choice Checks from fraudulent orders and theft.
Stolen Packages
Choice Checks is not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment at the delivery location.
This applies to all products, including imprinted items. If a package is stolen after delivery, a replacement order will need to be placed.
Order Processing & Review
Order confirmation does not mean an order has been accepted. Choice Checks reserves the right to review, approve, decline, or cancel any order after it has been received.
For fraud prevention, we may review billing information, shipping address, email address, IP address, and payment details before processing.
Shipping Address Verification
Because business checks are sensitive financial products, orders may be reviewed if billing and shipping addresses do not match. Orders shipping to residential addresses may require additional verification or may be declined.
Returns
Non-custom items may be eligible for return if unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
Custom printed products, including imprinted business checks and personalized deposit slips, are non-returnable unless there is a production error caused by Choice Checks.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and details so we can resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not entered production or shipped. Custom orders often begin processing quickly, so please contact us immediately for cancellation requests.

Check Positions and Availability
The 933 VOID style is available only in selected Choice Checks stock layouts. The exact check position, color, and perforation must match a supported 933 VOID stock item. Choice Checks will confirm availability before processing when necessary.
MICR Printing Required
These are blank business checks. Customers must use compatible check-writing software, MICR fonts, and MICR toner to print the routing number, account number, check number, and other required banking information. Standard office toner should not be used for the MICR line.

Confirm that your accounting software supports the selected check position and perforation layout. Choice Checks may verify business and order information before processing. These checks are not preprinted with company or bank information. Stock products generally ship within approximately 24 hours, subject to availability and order verification.
