Required Signature Confirmation
All orders containing imprinted items, such as checks and deposit tickets, will require a signature upon delivery. UPS only delivers during the standard business hours of your establishment. Signature confirmation is implemented to safeguard both our company and our clients against fraudulent orders and theft.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Choice Checks is not liable for packages that are stolen from your office, porch, warehouse, or any other delivery location. A tracking number is provided for every order, and it is the recipient's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. This policy applies to all shipped items, including imprinted products, in the event of theft.

- Pre-Inserted Envelopes: Ship in approximately 5 business days

Required Signature for Delivery
All imprinted orders, including business checks and deposit tickets, may require a signature upon delivery. Carriers such as UPS or FedEx will typically deliver during normal business hours.
This requirement helps protect both your business and Choice Checks from fraudulent orders and theft.
Stolen Packages
Choice Checks is not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment at the delivery location.
This applies to all products, including imprinted items. If a package is stolen after delivery, a replacement order will need to be placed.
Order Processing & Review
Order confirmation does not mean an order has been accepted. Choice Checks reserves the right to review, approve, decline, or cancel any order after it has been received.
For fraud prevention, we may review billing information, shipping address, email address, IP address, and payment details before processing.
Shipping Address Verification
Because business checks are sensitive financial products, orders may be reviewed if billing and shipping addresses do not match. Orders shipping to residential addresses may require additional verification or may be declined.
Returns
Non-custom items may be eligible for return if unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
Custom printed products, including imprinted business checks and personalized deposit slips, are non-returnable unless there is a production error caused by Choice Checks.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and details so we can resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not entered production or shipped. Custom orders often begin processing quickly, so please contact us immediately for cancellation requests.
