Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Delay in shipping may be because of a complex order, special imprinted order, UPS/FedEx and or delays at the warehouse. We will email you when the order has been shipped by UPS/FedEx. Please check your tracking number for any updates, and or delays.

Required Signature: All imprinted orders/checks/deposit tickets and others will have a Required Signature. UPS/FedEx will only deliver during business hrs. of your business. Required signature protects us/you against fraud orders, and theft.

We provide a tracking number on each order, and its your responsibility to make sure that someone is there to receive the package. This applies to any item we ship, even imprinted items.
