The employer 2-up forms are printed with no side perforation. The 3-up Employee forms Copy B, 2, and C have a 3/4'' side perforation and employee instructions on the back. Print each copy as a batch, then fold and mail recipient copies. Mail employer copies in a batch to the SSA. Confirm compatibility with your Software. Order by number of forms, not sheets.
