Required Signature Confirmation
All orders containing imprinted items, such as checks and deposit tickets, will require a signature upon delivery. UPS only delivers during the standard business hours of your establishment. Lost or Stolen Packages
Choice Checks is not liable for packages that are stolen from your office, porch, warehouse, or any other delivery location. A tracking number is provided for every order, and it is the recipient's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. This policy applies to all shipped items, including imprinted products, in the event of theft.

Its 250-sheet hopper and fixed processing speed of up to 3,000 forms per hour help reduce manual folding, envelope stuffing and mailing preparation. Adjustable fold plates support multiple letter-size and legal-size pressure seal formats.

Form Compatibility Is Important
The PSM3000 requires compatible pressure seal forms. Confirm the sheet size, fold pattern, printer setup and software layout before ordering. Standard paper cannot be sealed by a pressure sealer.
Free Freight and Manufacturer Warranty
Free freight is included in the product price. The machine ships directly from the manufacturer and includes a six-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal business use. Optional service and installation choices may be selected above when available.
Need Batch Counting?
The PSM3000C provides the same 3,000-form-per-hour speed, 250-sheet hopper and 25,000-form monthly duty cycle while adding manual and batch counting modes.
