Lost or Stolen Packages
Choice Checks is not liable for packages that are stolen from your office, porch, warehouse, or any other delivery location. A tracking number is provided for every order, and it is the recipient's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. This policy applies to all shipped items, including imprinted products, in the event of theft.

Form Compatibility Is Important
The PSM10KPro requires compatible pressure seal forms. Confirm the sheet size, fold pattern, printer setup and software layout before ordering. Standard paper cannot be sealed by a pressure sealer.

The machine ships directly from the manufacturer and includes a six-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal business use. Optional service, installation and equipment-protection choices may be selected above when available.
