Required Signature Confirmation
All orders containing imprinted items, such as checks and deposit tickets, will require a signature upon delivery. UPS only delivers during the standard business hours of your establishment. Signature confirmation is implemented to safeguard both our company and our clients against fraudulent orders and theft.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Choice Checks is not liable for packages that are stolen from your office, porch, warehouse, or any other delivery location. A tracking number is provided for every order, and it is the recipient's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. This policy applies to all shipped items, including imprinted products, in the event of theft.

Order Processing Times
- Packaged Goods (Envelopes, Unimprinted Tax Forms): Ships within 24–48 hours
- Imprinted Products (Custom Business Checks, Deposit Tickets): Ships in 3–5 business days

If a package is confirmed stolen post-delivery, a replacement order must be placed.

Form Compatibility Is Important
The PSM1800 requires compatible pressure seal forms. Confirm the sheet size, fold pattern, printer setup and software layout before ordering. Standard paper cannot be sealed by a pressure sealer.

Free freight is included in the product price. The machine ships directly from the manufacturer and includes a six-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal business use. Optional service and installation choices may be selected above when available.
