Use this blank laser paper for printing W-2, W-2G, W-2GU, W-2VI, 1099-B, 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, 1099-MISC,1099-R, 1098-C, 5498, and Canada T4 forms. Use the same blank paper for all these forms. Please note that Federal 1099 forms may be required to be in red scannable ink. Check your software for compatibility with blank 2up. Order by the number of sheets needed.
