The 2-up employer sheets have no side perforation. The 3-up employee sheets have a 3/4" side perforation and employee instructions on the back. Print employee copies as a batch, then fold and mail. Mail employer copies in a batch to the SSA and state. Check your software for compatibility. Order by number of forms, not sheets.
