• Preprinted Copy B (recipient)
• Preprinted Copy C (payer)

Copy A has a side perforation. Print each copy as a batch then separate and collate by recipient. Mail federal copies in a batch to the IRS. Mail recipient copies in compatible window envelopes. Order by number of forms, not sheets.
