Miscellaneous Information. This 4/5-part laser set includes:

• Preprinted Copy A (federal, red scannable)
• 2 Blank 2-up laser sheets for Copy B (recipient), Copy C (payer) and Copy 1 (payer state)

All 8 1/2 x 11" sheets are printed on 20# laser paper; Copy A has a 1/2" side perforation. Print each copy as a batch, then separate and collate by recipient. Mail payer copies in a batch to the IRS and state. Mail recipient copies in compatible window envelopes. Order by number of forms, not sheets.
